Cubase 7
Cubase works on lanes/tracks to play loop patterns:
A pattern can be created from scratch or one can use preset loops provided by the program. Current progression on the apparent sting we are going to make for our radio show sting. A small loop with a classical rock guitar and drum loop.A loop pattern is put into seperate sections so that it is easy to interchange patterns. Each section is further seperated by layers and each of these layers can be set to have different priorities and effects. Volume can be changed seperately from each layer which can help in preventing one loop from overpowering another one.
The program comes with several preset loops which can be used to create a more intricate loop. It is not restricted to using just preset loops, as it allows you to make custom loops to help fit the music you are creating.
Furthermore, you are able to use music files that do not rely on on the loops. .mp3 and .flac files can be used for editing.
